Cases & Lacambra adds Alberto Artamendi as new counsel in the tax practice area in the Barcelona office. With this addition, the Firm strengthens its team in a strategic area that has experienced steady growth in recent years.
With a double degree in Law and Business Administration from ICADE, Alberto brings over 11 years of experience in advising national and international clients on all types of tax matters. His expertise includes transfer pricing, the design and implementation of internal and cross-border restructuring operations, tax proceedings (both administrative and contentious), and advising high-net-worth individuals on meeting their tax obligations, particularly regarding Inheritance, Gift, and Wealth Taxes.
Prior to joining Cases & Lacambra, Artamendi developed his professional career at the law firm Uría Menéndez.
At Cases & Lacambra, Alberto will focus primarily on providing tax advisory services to businesses, and particularly in transfer pricing matters, as well as in the design and implementation of internal and transactional restructuring operations.
