Miguel Cases renews his position as a member of the Plenary and joins the Arbitral Board.

The Plenary of the Arbitration Tribunal of the Principality of Andorra (TAPA) has recently restructured its management team, with Pilar Escaler being appointed as Secretary General. Miguel Cases, Executive Chairman of the Firm, renews his position as a member of the Plenary, appointed by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Services of Andorra, on the Arbitral Board, whose objective is to ensure the independence and impartiality of the arbitrators and oversee the correct application of the regulations.

Additionally, the Plenary ratified the appointment of Pierre Raoul-Duval as President. Juan Pablo Correa, who transfers the role of Secretary General to Pilar Escaler, joins the Arbitral Board.

Over the past decade, Cases & Lacambra has been advocating for and promoting arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism both nationally and internationally, positioning Andorra as an ideal location for arbitration. The Firm has actively participated, always from a business perspective, in the conception, design, and implementation of TAPA, an essential component in modernising the legal and economic system of the Principality of Andorra.
