Cases & Lacambra celebrates its tenth anniversary with major changes.
The Firm has implemented an equity partnership plan to promote its corporate culture and to continue attracting and retaining the best talent in the market.
The Partners Meeting has approved the appointment of 12 new equity partners, Marc Ambrós, Jorge del Castillo, Pablo Echenique, Alberto Gil, Albert Hinojosa, Jose Manuel Llanos, David Navarro, Laura Nieto, Jose Piñeiro, Bojan Radovanovic, Elena Redondo and Fabio Virzi. The Firm evolves from a structure of two co-managing partners to a Board of Directors’ structure where Miguel Cases will serve as Executive Chairman with executive functions and Ernesto Lacambra will serve as Managing Partner. The new Board of Directors will be composed by Miguel Cases, Ernesto Lacambra, Pablo Echenique, Jose Piñeiro and David Navarro, in Spain; and by Miguel Cases, Ernesto Lacambra, Marc Ambrós, Albert Hinojosa and Elena Redondo, in Andorra.
The Firm’s strategic plan focuses on selective growth, migrating from traditional practice areas to focus exclusively on sectors and vectors that require highly-skilled lawyers. The Firm plans to execute a spin-off of recurring activities into a new legaltech-based ALSP that will operate autonomously.
