Alberto Artamendi is Counsel at Cases & Lacambra. His practice focuses on tax advice.
Alberto has extensive experience advising national and international clients on a wide range of tax matters, with a special focus on ongoing advisory services, transfer pricing issues and the design and implementation of internal and transnational restructuring transactions.
He also has significant expertise in tax proceedings, both administrative and litigious, as well as in advising high-net-worth estates on fulfilling their tax obligations, particularly regarding Inheritance, Gift, and Wealth Taxes.
Prior to joining Cases & Lacambra, he has developed his entire professional career at Uría Menéndez.
Alberto combines his professional career with teaching at Universitat Abat Oliba, where he is an associate professor of Tax Systems and International Tax Law I.
