Yolanda Led

Yolanda Led is counsel at Cases & Lacambra and a member of the tax team in the Andorra office.

Yolanda has extensive professional experience in the field of tax advice, especially focused on corporate taxation and business reorganisations, including due diligence on purchases and sales. She has also advised on tax proceedings at administrative level, as well as individuals and families.

She has spent most of her career at the professional services firm Mazars, having subsequently worked as a tax advisor at the Andorran law firm Strategos and spent the last few years of her professional career at the Andbank Group as head of corporate taxation.
