Alberto Gil is a partner at Cases Lacambra in Spain. He has extensive experience in international tax advisory matters and specializes in tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, as well as in tax litigation and proceedings. He has broad expertise advising both resident and non-resident entities on tax law and on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations, and he has been involved in numerous tax regularization procedures. He has worked at the University of Valencia and was a stagiaire at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and at the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) in Brussels. He currently lectures at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. Prior to joining Cases & Lacambra, he developed his entire professional career at a top-tier Spanish law firm. He teaches Financial and Tax Law and European and International Tax Law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
