Araceli Leyva is Secretary General of Cases Lacambra. She has more than forty years of experience as a corporate lawyer at national law firms, as well as a specialist in Financial Law within the banking sector and savings banks. Throughout her career, she has advised on a wide range of financial and derivatives transactions, payment systems, financial products, capital markets operations and regulations, structured finance, and securitizations. She has served as Secretary to the Boards of Directors of numerous companies, advising on M&A transactions in the financial sector, as well as on corporate governance matters concerning credit institutions.
