His expertise includes cross-border advisory, investment structuring, and comprehensive legal support for companies pursuing international expansion. Carlos began his career in the finance department of a prestigious U.S. firm and later served as in-house counsel at Spain’s third-largest financial institution, where he led the fixed income legal department. He subsequently joined the country’s second-largest bank, where he managed the institution’s position in the B. Madoff Ponzi fraud case.He has worked in Brazil, heading the Spanish Desk at a renowned Latin American law firm, and in Oman, advising international companies entering the Middle Eastern market from a local firm. In 2020, he founded Meeting Lawyers, a pioneering digital legal platform in Spain, which he expanded to Latin America in 2022.
