Ernesto Lacambra is the Managing Partner of Cases Lacambra. He has more than 20 years of experience advising multinational groups, investment funds, and private equity firms—both Spanish and international—on international taxation and cross-border investment structuring. He also advises on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations, with particular expertise in Spanish holding structures for Latin American groups and in investments in Spain by European, North American, and Asian companies.
