She has over 11 years of experience in contract negotiation, adapting digital platforms to data protection and e-commerce regulations, as well as in copyright, advertising law, consumer and user protection, and image rights. She has advised both national and international clients on multi-jurisdictional matters, particularly within the fashion and retail industry, as well as in sectors such as technology, beauty, healthcare and financial services. She has also represented clients before courts and tribunals. Her experience includes trade mark infringement and invalidity proceedings, as well as matters relating to promotional prize draws on social media, among others. Before joining Cases & Lacambra, Lidia developed her professional career in the intellectual and industrial property and new technologies department, as well as in the technology, media, telecommunications and intellectual property area of two renowned international law firms. Alongside her legal practice, she has authored various publications in the field of fashion law, spoken at industry conferences and lectured at institutions such as ESADE and Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
