Marc Roig is a senior associate at Cases & Lacambra in Spain. His practice focuses on Corporate – M&A.
He has over 10 years of experience advising domestic and international clients, including private equity firms, industrial groups and private investors, operating in industries such as food, franchising, finance, engineering and technology, retail or beauty (among others).
His experience includes a one-year secondment at a private equity firm.
He has relevant experience advising PE clients throughout the entire investment term (investment, portfolio management and exit). Likewise, his experience includes coordinating legal advice in different jurisdictions and advising on contract drafting, corporate law and corporate governance, assets sale and purchase, mergers and acquisitions (domestic and cross-border, via bilateral deals or auction processes, acting as local counsel or leading counsel), joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements and funding rounds, as well as advising on a wide range of matters and topics relating to Corporate and Commercial law.
Before joining the Firm, he developed his career in top-tier Spanish and international law firms.
Marc holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master in International Business Law from ESADE, as well as a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Financial Law from the King’s College London.
