Raquel is a partner at Cases Lacambra in Spain. She has been a State Attorney since 2002 and is currently on leave of absence. She has professional experience in both litigation and advisory matters, having acted before the labor and administrative courts within the State Attorney’s Office in Madrid, as well as in a consultative capacity. She has held positions within the State Attorney’s Office at the Ministry of Finance and Civil Service, the Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with Parliament and Democratic Memory, and more recently at the General Secretariat for European Funds. She also served as the coordinating State Attorney for legal assistance agreements with AENA and the State Company for Land Transport Infrastructure (SEITT). Raquel leads a cross-practice, multidisciplinary team focused on regulated sectors—Energy, Transport, and Infrastructure—and, more broadly, on industries where the involvement of Public Administrations is a decisive factor for success.
